HOT LUST is two acronyms used by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality to refer to Heating Oil Tanks and Leaking Underground Storage Tanks. However, Portland real estate broker Joan Rogers said HOT LUST is nothing to snicker about when it comes to navigating DEQ regulations.
